My Best Birthday Gift
Dear Shelley and Everyone,
I've had a really lovely birthday. Early this morning, just after dawn, the sky turned pearlescent pink and mauve and lavender and gold, and then there was the most beautiful rainbow!! It was below freezing and the sky was clear, but there was my birthday rainbow!!!
I will treasure this gift forever! I grabbed our digital camera and the result really does not do it justice...
My two older children are working nights tonight, so our party is on hold until tomorrow and I'm going to make a cake and a buffet!
